Some factors informing this position are an item's suitability at the time of purchase and the probable contamination of a returned item which could harm other customers, particularly those high-risk who are immunocompromised and \/or have serious medical conditions i.e. cancer, diabetes, etc. Therefore, it is solely the customer's responsibility to choose the correct item at purchase.<\/p>\r\n Notwithstanding the above circumstances, excluding samples, special orders and clearance items, at our discretion we would exchange or repair a defective item in accordance with its manufacturer's warranty.
